A quick Tutorial - Making Blinkies

Here’s a quick explanation using The Paint Program and Jasc Animation for the animation.

Making Blinkies using the Jasc animation is quite easy.

Use any program even the Paint that is packaged with Windows make your images 3 or 4 or how many you like. Remember all the images must be the same size 100x100 or 150x100 etc.

In the Jasc Anim, use the Animation wizard, use default setting in the first dialogue box..Same size as the first image.

In the second dialogue box I normally use "Transparent" as my images already have a background. Set the time for each frame.....the default is set at 10........I used 20/100th second.

In the last dialogue box you have the option to Add your Images.

Add your images and viola you have an animation like this:

Here's mine.

Sister Kish your blinkie looks great, especially with its pastel colours (I love pastel colours).

Did you use paint.net to do the templates? And is Jasc animation available as a free download?

I would like to try to make a blinkie, inshaAllah, using the tutorial by sr. Zaza.

Dear Saara, yes i did use the paint.net for this. Then i put the images into jasc animator as zaza explained. Try it I'm anxiously waiting to see what u come up with
