Re: My Paintings
As Salamu Alaikum
I worked on this one for a few day Masha Allah Alhamdulillah I am pleased with the result. This complete painting was done without stencils. I feel guilty because I am really enjoying myself.

These two were done in ArtRage using a stencil.
Using the stencil the normal way.
I inverted the same stencil for this effect.
The smudginess is due to the watercolour canvas I used which was done in Photoshop
I like both the effects I got.

Re: My Paintings
sister Kish
For drop shadow it depends on the image. Normally I would use black at about 50-60% or #7c716d (a sort of a pinkish grey ) at 75%.
For black text I don't normally use drop shadow. If I do; I change the color to a color that has a good contrast with the rest of the image.
Play with the options you will be surprised what effects you can get.
