Posting Questions..about pics

Assalaamu'alaikum Sisters...
I have a question..but i dont know in what topic i should post it..so i apologize for now if i post in wrong section (Next time in what section should i post the question?)
I would like to ask...how to post the photograps? I mean if we have to reduce the size, what is the size? and in what is the type of file we have to use? (bmp or jpeg)..

Do you have a photobucket account? This will enable you to store your pics that you have uploaded to your computer.

For best results when posting your larger graphics please ensure that you post at max image width : 640 pixels otherwise you will probably find that your image is slightly off-screen.

If you are going to resize your pictures it will be a good idea to change the resolution to 72 pixel ...the picture or image loads much quicker. However if you wish to print your images then a resolution of 300 is best.

Dear sisters, there is a free software which is called 'shrink pic' which I use. It can run in the background of your computer and it automatically resizing the pictures if you wish to upload them on a website or when you want to send them by mail.
