My DD's Chore Chart

I would like to share one of the chore charts I made up for my daughter Zainab (7 yrs old) a week ago. Each of my 4 children have one with various chores to share mashaAllah. The little boxes on the right hand side are check boxes, once they've done the job, they can tick the box. I got them laminated too, and they use a white board marker on them, this way it can be reused over again inshaAllah. They have them on their bedroom wall, and I must say, the home's better organised like this and the kids are happy to share duties mashaAllah.

The chart fits nicely on an A4 sized paper. If you would like one, make a request in the request forum, explaining clearly what needs to be done on what day and please, if you can keep the wording in the boxes very short as I have done this would be better inshaAllah.

If i write the words could you write them in german? Or arabic? My children don't speak english yet.

You know what i do ?In the evening i give for each child a stemp when he has fulfilled the chores, extrastemps if he has done more byhimself than the chores, and no stemps if there was fight and disobeying.
Me too i realised that it helps so much more than arguing and raising up voices, subhanALlah!

Question. I clicked on the link to view the photo and it took me to your photobucket (my connection timed out so the pic didn't come up). But, I LOVE the daisy background. I am new to photobucket, is that something that everyone can do in their settings? I saw a little stirp at the top that said something like welcome from easel and ink.....how cool. I'd love to be able to spiff up my photobucket. I just started using this year I guess and am starting to use it a lot now.

Sis Umm Ibrahim, you'll notice 'Themes' near the top of the screen when at your Photobucket account, click on it and you will notice an array of different designs to chose from. Mine's been daisy for a while mashaAllah. Nice for spring time.

MashaAllah the chore chart was quite successful. However I can no longer do a request for this because I don't have the original anymore. Recently I've made new ones up for the children but in a more simpler fashion (without the illustrations). I've given them new chores to share aswell alhamdulillah. InshaAllah this will work well too.
