What size in pixels?

I want some help to decide what should the size of the design be if I am printing on a T-Shirt. Can some one advise me the size of the image in pixels. And is there a conversion method which can be applied to convert from inches to pixels. I know these are very basic questions, please bear with me I am just a novice.
Also can someone recommend which is cheaper screen printing or digital printing, if I want to order about 75 pieces. One more thing does any one know of a place where they print T-shirts at an economical rate in the Kingdom.

Waiting for an answer.

Insha Allah that will work.
Masha Allah Gimp is a cool program for free. I would recommend it to anyone who wish to learn graphics.

Re: What size in pixels?

I've also been thinking about printing on tee shirts lately! I saw a lady with designs handpainted onto tee shirts using fabric paint and the colours looked great, but for a whole batch of tee shirts it probably wouldn't work. I'm not sure what option is best for you, perhaps asking a printing shop would be better. I've seen laser transfer sheets in the computer section of a large supermarket here and was wondering if I should give it a go? This method is ok for a few tee shirts but too expensive for the amount you are going to make.
Sorry, not much help. Like I said before, I'd ask the printing shop.

Re: What size in pixels?

Alhamdulillah, we got a whole lot of Tees printed recently, and the second order is going through, Insha Allah. Here's what I learned about the trade :
Digital Prints - Cost is per side of printing, front separate, back separate
Number of colors do not matter
Worked out approximately for SAR 18.00 front print alone with cost of Tee(basic white), back print(extra 10)
Cost remains the same any number of tees
Not very long lasting - may be 5 or 6 washes
Screen Printing _ print is per color, one plate for one color
Cost increases by number of colors
Works out to approx 20 per tee if we order 100, for front print alone with cost of tee(basic white)
Cost reduces as number of tees increase
long lasting
Well, that's it. I just thought the info above may help someone, who is interested in printing in future.
BTW, I did design a few graphics for the tees, I just need to open a photobucket account to show u gals, Insha Allah,
