moving words?

So how do you make words move in avatars and such?

It depends on the program you are using sister.

For animation you need a program like Jasc Animation or Ulead Gif Animation.

I don't know much about the program paint.net which you mentioned you downloaded.

Alaykum Salam, I know paint is not great but its all I can get right now. I tried downloading things and even tried what you all told me to but it still would not work, ugh. I have no idea why I never had these problems before.
