art programmes

could you recommend me some of those art programmes or those ones where you make the graphics please.

i think theres one called photoshop or something like that

and if you can get them for free like download them but still be able to do these graphics etc

Artweaver is a freeware.

and for Animations this is a cool free program

Jascs Animation

There are many freeware programs online but these are the ones I am familiar with and I can help you if you get stuck.
